These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website and the services offered by GeoWeb (operating under the legal entity YoungTrendz). By visiting our website, contacting us, booking a call, making a payment, or engaging GeoWeb for any service, you (the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or engage our services.
1. About GeoWeb
GeoWeb is a service-based agency offering website development, branding, ecommerce, digital marketing, growth consulting, and related digital services for D2C, beauty, wellness, fashion, and consumer brands.

2. Services
GeoWeb offers services including, but not limited to, brand strategy, brand identity and design, website design and development, ecommerce (Shopify) store setup, performance marketing, content and creative, growth consulting, and founder support tools.
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement shall be defined in a separate proposal, Scope of Work (SOW), agreement, or invoice shared with the Client.
3. Engagement, Proposal & Scope of Work
Each engagement with GeoWeb is governed by a mutually agreed proposal or SOW. The SOW defines the deliverables, number of revisions, timelines, milestones, and payment schedule. Any work outside the approved SOW shall be treated as additional work and charged separately.
GeoWeb reserves the right to decline, pause, or reschedule work that falls outside the agreed scope or that is requested without prior written approval.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments to GeoWeb are non-refundable once paid. Payment confirms reservation of the project slot, team allocation, planning, and execution. Project cancellation after payment is not allowed, and no cancellation request makes the Client eligible for a refund.
For milestone or instalment-based projects, each instalment is due as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in pause or delay of the project until the pending amount is cleared.
Applicable taxes, including GST, are included or charged separately as mentioned in the invoice. Invoices are payable within the timeline mentioned on the invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide timely and accurate inputs, approvals, content, assets, product details, images, platform access, and feedback required for the project. Any delay caused by the Client in sharing required inputs shall not qualify for a refund or cancellation and may extend the agreed timelines.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content, brand assets, product information, and materials shared with GeoWeb. GeoWeb shall not be liable for any claims arising from Client-provided content.
6. Third-Party Costs & Platforms
Third-party costs such as Shopify subscription, domain, premium themes, apps, plugins, payment gateway, logistics tools, software, advertising spend, and external vendor charges are fully borne by the Client and are non-refundable. GeoWeb is not responsible for the pricing, policies, or downtime of any third-party platform.
7. Timelines & Delays
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and timely Client cooperation. Timelines may shift due to Client delays, scope changes, third-party issues, or unforeseen technical complexities. GeoWeb shall communicate reasonable updates, but does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
8. Revisions & Deliverables
Revisions and deliverables shall be followed only as per the approved SOW or proposal. Additional revisions or work outside the agreed scope shall be charged separately. GeoWeb reserves the right to define what constitutes a revision within each service.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the agreed fees, the Client receives ownership of the final delivered assets for the agreed scope, unless otherwise stated in the SOW. Until full payment is received, all work, designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of GeoWeb.
GeoWeb may use completed work, screenshots, brand names, and case study references in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing material unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Third-party tools, themes, plugins, and licensed assets used in a project remain governed by their respective licenses and are not owned by either party.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business, financial, or project information shared during the engagement. GeoWeb takes reasonable care to protect Client information, but the Client is responsible for granting only the required access and removing access after project completion where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
GeoWeb provides services on an “as is” and “best effort” basis. GeoWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from the use of delivered services, websites, campaigns, or tools.
The total liability of GeoWeb for any engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific engagement.
12. No Guarantee of Results
While GeoWeb uses proven strategies and best practices, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales, revenue, leads, conversions, or ranking positions, as these depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, product quality, pricing, ad spend, and Client execution.
13. Termination
GeoWeb reserves the right to pause or terminate an engagement if the Client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful. Termination does not entitle the Client to any refund for work already done or payments already made.
14. Changes to Terms
GeoWeb may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after updates means the Client accepts the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to applicable Indian laws. Users and Clients are advised to review these Terms before making any payment or engaging GeoWeb for services.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India.
